This page summarizes how V-Link handles personal information. V-Link operates the volleyball training directory at v-link.app, connecting families with verified coaches and clubs across the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
We collect account information you provide directly — name, email address, and the role you sign up as (parent, player, coach, or club). Coaches and clubs additionally provide credentials, bio, service area, and payment routing details required to receive payouts. Players 18 and older may add optional volleyball profile fields such as position, skill level, and height.
Your information powers the core features of V-Link: showing coaches and clubs to families searching in their area, processing bookings and payouts through Stripe, delivering transactional emails (booking confirmations, reschedules, verification updates), and moderating content to keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
All payments are processed by Stripe. V-Link never stores full card numbers or bank account details. Stripe's own privacy practices govern that data. Email deliverability is handled by our transactional email provider; images uploaded to profiles and posts are stored on our hosting provider's object storage with public read access when the profile itself is published.
You can update or delete your account from your Account page at any time. Deleting your account removes personal identifiers from V-Link; some records tied to completed bookings are retained for tax and dispute-resolution purposes as required by law.
